Requests for cancellation made 45 days before 11^th September 2017 will be subject to an administration fee (€50). After that date the full amount of the invoice has to be paid. Requests for refund will not be accepted.

Alternatively, you may nominate a substitute participant from your company/organization. In this case, please send a note to the organization team at biopol2017@biopol-conf.org
