The Conference Dinner will be held in the traditional PETRITEGI SAGARDOTEGIA

A private guided tour will be also organized. This tour will be accompanied by an expert guide and will last for 20 minutes watching an audiovisual documentary which illustrates how natural Petritegi cider has evolved from 18th century to the present day. It will include tasting cider from the same kupela (barrel).
Buses will be departing from 19.30h to 20.00h every 10 minutes from a convenient location close to the Conference Venue and buses will be periodically scheduled to return to the City Center and hotels after dinner.
Please note that the menu will include typical egg, fish and meat dishes. If you have special requirements (vegetarian, Kosher,…) please let us know by clicking the adequate button in the Registration page.
